This is a MUST TRY practical example on how you can use your own body to find answers.

What if “tight” was just the describing word used by the person or how you speak about your own body?

What if the muscle just ‘felt’ like that because of where it was been accessed from?

Do we actually know if there is a physiological change to the muscle?

If you perceive a muscle to be tight you may be putting your thinking into a box.

What is we asked better questions!

We could start with why?

Everything has a centre

If we started from centre we should be able to move from centre to left, back to centre and from centre over to the right ie: the space avaible to move left and right should be equal.

This is done in 3 planes of motion throughout the body.

The whole body has a centre point and you will orientate it’s axis from wherever your body preceives as centre.

For some centre is more left and for some it is more right.

For some it is more forward and some it is more back.

For some it is rotating left and some it is rotating right.

And some are a combination of all of these.

Give the body an experience of the places it does not normally visit and you can provide it some space to make change.
