Anatomy in Motion (AiM) is a way of helping the body realign itself using highly accurate movements.

AiM uses The Flow Motion Model to determine exactly what movements you are missing or struggling to access and uses these specific movements to re-educate the body, align posture and take pressure off the system.

What is Anatomy in Motion

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a hands-on therapy, where the touch is gentle, non-invasive and usually subtle. It is a powerful treatment approach that helps to release restrictions deep within the body – specifically the craniosacral system. This frequently frees up space and eases pain, tension etc in other body areas!

The craniosacral system is a physiological system, encompassing the bones of the skull and spine, within which are membranes and fluid – all serving to protect your brain and spinal cord (i.e. your central nervous system).

CST involves the therapeutic application of gentle mobilisation and release techniques to the craniosacral system.

This therapy also complements and stimulates the body’s own natural healing process.

I am currently studying with the Upledger Institute UK. To read more about CST click below

About CST

No, definitely not. It is about the whole body and how it is all interconnected. If you have a foot problem, you have a whole body problem. A knee problem is a whole body problem, a shoulder problem is a whole body problem etc.

Your foot pressures show us where your centre of mass is resting.

It will tell us if your centre of mass is more towards one side, more forward or more back, more left or more right.

From your foot pressures  we are able to see how having your centre of mass in such a position puts your whole body into a whole body shape.

It also shows us the areas that are under pressure or tension and we can work together to balancing it out.

I have been working effectively with people online since 2018.

The initial session involves:

  • sending me a video of you walking and filling in your history.
  • A 90 minute video call.
  • Support videos & explanation sent to you afterwards.

Follow up session are usually an hour and in some cases 30 minutes.

Working online isn’t for everyone but for the majority of people who seek it out, it works well and most enjoy the flexibility that comes with it. If you aren’t sure whether its for you or you have question, just give me a shout.
